I completed my first jewelry photoshoot last month. It was tougher than expected!
My close friend Jaine is a jewelry and shoe designer. She creates timeless pieces, with clean lines, inspired by nature. Simply gorgeous and just my style! The shoot was split into two days because a lot of time was spent doing portraits. In the end, we got some shots that Jaine liked, therefore I feel that it was successful~
What I learned about jewelry photography: It's not easy. Don't take focus for granted. Sometimes, unplanned shots are the best ones.
They aren't perfect but they aren't bad, considering they were taken with a compact camera. It was good practice and I learned a lot! Hopefully, I'll get to try again soon =)
